Unbilled Revenue Report Sample

The Unbilled Revenue Report reports services estimated unbilled revenue for the current billing period by finance period within each company that you have set up.

  Unbilled Revenue Report Fields Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Company	Company ID and company name
  Finance Period	Finance Period ID.  Each Finance Period is reported separately
  Total Usage	Reports for each finance period the sum of the usage (derived from ubblhist total_usage) for each bill meeting the report criteria selected Tip:  The report includes a total of all finance periods for the company.
  Revenue	Reports an estimate calculated by dividing the total_usage by the number of days in the selected number of billing periods Tips:   Edifice estimates the revenue of the missing bills using the same process as is used in Bill Entry.   There is a revenue column for each service being reported.
  Total Revenue	Accumulated dollar amount of revenue for all services for the finance period
  Company Usage	Accumulated amount of usage for all finance periods for the company
  Company Revenue	Accumulated dollar amount for all services for all finance periods for the company
