Service Management Print Listings Menu

The Service Management Print Listings menu contains commands used to print a variety of lists for the service management files you maintain.

To open the Service Management Print Listings menu, click the following sequence:
Service Mgt from the Menu Bar, Print, and Listings.

Service Management Print Listings Menu Items
Equipment Model Listing	Lists the model number and associated information for the equipment models you maintain. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [e]
Technician Code Listing	Lists the information for service management technicians. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [t]
Territory Code Listing	Lists the codes and descriptions for the service management territories. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [e]
Specialty Code Listing	Lists the codes and descriptions for the specialties and skills the technicians use to perform the service call work. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [s]
Problem/Task Code Listing	Lists the codes for problems to be resolved and the tasks to be performed for the service calls. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [p]
Result Code Listing	Lists the codes and descriptions for the results that can be assigned to completed calls. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [r]
Call Type Listing	Lists the codes and descriptions for the types of service calls. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [c]
Dispatch Code Listing	Lists the codes and names for the people who dispatch the service calls. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [d]
Sales Person Listing	Lists the codes and names for the sales people who are assigned to service calls. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [a]
Schedule Code Listing	Lists the codes and descriptions for the service management scheduled maintenance tasks. Keyboard shortcut: ALT] [m] [p] [l] [h]
