Opening the Customer History Purge, click More.
Click the following sequence: Tools from the Menu Bar and Customer History Purge.
Or, use the keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [t] [p].
Customer History Purge Window Example:
At the prompt window, choose the selections. To see the prompt options, click More.

To select the services to age, click to check the appropriate services listed. Tip:

Purge Date |
Enter the date that all history records prior to will be deleted (mm/dd/ccyy). |

To start the Customer History Purge, click Proceed or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + p] |

To escape without performing the Customer History Purge, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT +c] |

To close the window, click Done or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + d] |

Important:After clicking the Purge button, the process begins, and the status bar displays the message
Processing . . .
until the purge is complete. When complete, the routine completion dialog box displays.
