4/1 Owner Update

Use the 4/1 Owner Update to insert the name of the present owner into the 4/1 Owner field on the Customer Account Master.

To see directions for...

• Opening the 4/1 Owner Update Routine, click More.

   

  1.  Click Utilities Menu from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click 4/1 Owner Update.
  
  Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [u] [4].

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  4/1 Owner Update Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To run the routine and generate the report, click Proceed, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine: Click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c] Or, click Close .
  Process Status	After clicking the Proceed button, the process begins, and the status bar displays the message Processing . . . until the update is complete.
