Cue Cards

The Cue Cards button , located on the Button Bar, lets you display help for specific fields in a window.  You can toggle the cue cards off and on by clicking the button.

With Cue Cards, you can see specific field-level instructions right next to the field.  In contrast, Web Help displays information about all of the fields in a separate help window.

To use Cue Cards:

• Click the Cue Card button so it appears depressed.

• Click inside a field box to see directions for entering the data.

To turn off Cue Cards:

• To turn off all cue cards, click the Cue Card button so it appears raised.

• To temporarily turn off a single Cue Card, position the pointer inside the Cue Card and double-click.
  Note:  The Cue Card will reappear if you point to another field, and then point back to the field containing the Cue Card that you turned off.

• Some modules let you program a function key for the cue cards.
