Field Description - Vendor Zip Code

The Vendor Zip Code is the postal code for the vendor's address.

Tips:

• You must enter the dash (-) for Zip+4.

• If you do not know the Zip Code, you can look it up on the Internet.  Refer to the United States Postal Service website, http://www.usps.com/zip4/.

• If the vendor has a different Purchase From Zip Code specified for a subsidiary during Vendor Master Maintenance, then the Purchase From Zip Code prints on the Purchase Orders.

Where-Maintained:  Vendor Master Maintenance

Format:  up to 10 characters.  Recommendations:

• United States:

• Enter the five-digit Zip Code.

• Or, enter the nine-digit Zip+4 Code with the dash (—).

• Other Countries:

• Enter the postal code in the appropriate format for the country.
  
  Example:  Canada - 902-940A
