Report Date Table Maintenance

Use Report Date Table Maintenance to view the processing date and flags that control the Daily/Cycle processing.  There is one table for daily and one table for cycle processing.  While the system maintains this information for you, you may find it handy to view this information if you are unsure if the Daily or Cycle processing has been started and when it was started.

Note:  Generally, you do not need to update the Report Date Table fields unless directed by NDS Technical Support.

• Opening Report Date Table Maintenance, click More.

   

  1.  Click File Maintenance from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Tables.

  3.  Click Report Date Table Maintenance.

• Viewing the Report Date Table, click More.

   

  Report Date Table Maintenance Field Descriptions Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Date Last Processed	Displays the date the daily or cycle was begun.
  	Note:  Save is not currently used in this routine.
  	Note:  Search is not currently used in this routine.
  	Note:  Retrieve is not currently used in this routine.
  Time Last Processed	Displays the time the process was last completed.
  Flag Type	Displays the flag that identifies if the process is Daily or Cycle.

   

• Creating a New Report Date Table, click More.

   

   Note:  You cannot create a new Report Date Table.  The necessary table is created during the appropriate routine.

   

• Editing an Existing Report Date Table, click More.

   

   CAUTION:  The Report Date table is automatically maintained by the system and should not be edited unless directed by NDS Technical Support.

   

• Deleting an Existing Report Date Table, click More.

   

   Note:  To maintain data integrity, you can not delete the Report Date Table.
