Year End Clear

Use the Year End Clear routine to clear the year-to-date totals on the fee codes and class codes.

Note:  It is important to run the Year End Clear at the end of the year to clear the appropriate YTD totals.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Year End Clear Routine, click More.

   

  1.  Click Period End Work from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Year End Clear.
  Tip:  Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [k] [k] [y].

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Year End Clear Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To run the routine, click Proceed or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine: Click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c] Or, click Close .
  Server Process Status	Displays information pertaining to the various phases of the Year End Clear routine to guide you.
  	Important:  The status displays Complete when the process is ended.  In addition, the Message window displays Process Ended and Time Ended to alert you when the routine is complete.
  	To close the Server Process Status window when the routine is complete, click Close .  Important:  Before closing the window, review all message that display and verify that the message Process Ended displays.
