Positive Pay Import Menu

The Positive Pay Import menu contains commands used to receive transmitted data from your bank or financial institution for the prevention of fraud. Check reconciliation uses the positive pay import files.

Directions:

To open the Positive Pay Import menu, click Utilities from the Menu Bar, and next click Positive Pay Import.

Positive Pay Import Menu Items
Import the File	Opens the Import Positive Pay File program. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [t] [i] [i]
Import File Journal	Prints the Positive Pay Import File Journal report. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [t] [i] [j]
Create the Reconciliation Update Files	Opens the Create the Reconciliation Update Files program. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [t] [i] [c]
