Menu Bar
Invision™, like many Microsoft® Windows® applications, has a Menu Bar with menus containing commands for the programs and functions in the software module. The Menu Bar provides an easy way to select tasks to be performed. Groups of similar commands are organized and listed under specific menu names.
Directions:
To open a menu, also referred to as a pull-down menu, click the menu name or press the keyboard shortcut.
To open a menu command, click the command name or press its keyboard shortcut.
To close a menu, click anywhere on the desktop or press [ESC].

Contains commands used to manage Invision files and settings. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [f] | |
Contains frequently used programs. Click the file or program name to view that particular window. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [v] | |
Contains programs and sub-menus for entering data, file maintenance, and processing. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] | |

Contains many of the General Ledger module programs. You can use this menu instead of opening the General Ledger module. Tip: This menu must be set up during installation of the General Ledger module at the GL Application Control utility. | |
Contains programs used for work that only needs to be performed on an occasional basis. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [t] | |
Contains programs used to manage images used by Invision. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [i] | |
Contains programs used to manage your desktop display within Invision and the Processes menu for monitoring special functions. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [w] | |
Contains programs used to send email and to get help with using Invision, including this WebHelp manual. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [h] | |
