About Images
A very powerful Invision™ feature is the ability to store one or more images linked to a specific record. For example, you can store a picture of a house with the accompanying appraisal information or you can store a map to the house location to assist a utility service worker.
Your original images should be stored on the computer or network in the JPEG format with the .jpg file extension You can use a variety of sources to create the original images. Some installations store images that are downloaded from a digital camera. The Internet provides another source for images.
Tips:

When you load an image into a program window, the program creates a copy of the original image, leaving the original image file intact.
