The Images menu contains commands to load and manage images (pictures) used by certain programs in the software module.
A very powerful Invision feature is the ability to store one or more images linked to a specific record. For example, you can store a picture of a house with the accompanying appraisal information or you can store a map to the house location to assist a utility service worker.
Your original images should be stored on the computer or network in the JPEG format with the .jpg file extension You can use a variety of sources to create the original images. Some installations store images that are downloaded from a digital camera. The Internet provides another source for images.
Notes:
When you load an image into a program window, the program creates a copy of the original image, leaving the original image file intact.
If you can not access items on the Images menu and you know images are used by the module, please contact Technical Support for assistance.
To open the Images
menu from the Menu Bar,
click Images.
