The table below describes the fields in the Assessment Tab for Tax Master Maintenance.

Account Type

Click the appropriate Account Type in the drop-down list.

Land Value

Enter the value of the land.  (9.0 whole dollars)

Note:  This field applies only if the Account Type is for Real Estate or Supplemental.

Building Value

Enter the value of the buildings on the property.  (9.0 whole dollars)

Note:  This field applies only if the Account Type is for Real Estate or Supplemental.

Tree Value

Enter the value of the trees on the property.  (9.0 whole dollars)

Note:  This field applies only if the Account Type is for Real Estate or Supplemental.

Machinery Value

Enter the value of the machinery.  (9.0 whole dollars)

Note:  This field applies only to Personal Property accounts, where the Account Type is 2.

Furniture & Fixture Value

Enter the value of the furniture and fixtures.  (9.0 whole dollars)

Note:  This field applies only to Personal Property accounts, where the Account Type is 2.

Watercraft Value

Enter the value of the watercraft.  (9.0 whole dollars)

Note:  This field applies only to Personal Property accounts, where the Account Type is 2.

Misc Value

Enter the value of the miscellaneous personal property.  (9.0 whole dollars)

Note:  This field applies only to Personal Property accounts, where the Account Type is 2.

Exemptions

Displays the calculated total of the amounts for exemptions whose Exemption Type is P for Property Exemptions.

  • This field applies only if the Account Type is for Real Estate or Supplemental.

  • This field displays only if the Exemptions value is not zero.

Credits

Displays the calculated total of the amounts for exemptions whose Exemption Type is T for Tax Credit.

  • This field applies only if the Account Type is for Real Estate or Supplemental.

  • This field displays only if the Credits value is not zero.

  • For more information, see the Exemptions Tab.

Taxable Value

Displays the calculated total of the above values.
