Credit Code

Click the credit code in the drop-down list.

Bankruptcy Date

Enter the bankruptcy date if it applies.  (MM/DD/YYYY)

Mobile Description

If the property is a mobile home, enter the description.  (1-30 characters)

Mobile Serial

If the property is a mobile home, enter the serial number.  (1-30 characters)
