Field Description - Appointment Date

The Appointment Date is the date of the patient's scheduled appointment.  The Appointment Date displays in Patient Entry and several places in Scheduling.

Tip:  You can change the Appointment Date by rescheduling the appointment or cancelling the appointment.

Note:  You can view and maintain the Appointment Date during Scheduling at the Appointment Scheduler Window.

Format:  Date (mmddccyy - slashes and century optional)
