Reporting Toolbar - Load Options

Use the Reporting Toolbar - Load Options button to load a set of existing report options into the displayed report prompt. The table following the window example describes the Load Options button for the Reporting Toolbar.

Directions:

To display the Load Options window for the Reporting Toolbar:

1. Select a menu option for a report.

2. Click Load .

Reporting Toolbar - Load Options Prompts Tip: To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
Setting	To select a set of report options to load into the report prompt, click to highlight the Name in the list.
	To load the report options into the report prompt, click OK or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + k]
	To return to the report prompt without loading the report options, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + c]
