Cancelled Appointments Report Instructions

Use the Cancelled Appointments Report to list appointments that patients have missed and the reason for the cancellation.  You can use this report to determine which patients are reliable and which are not.  This report will print the account number, patient name, appointment date, appointment time, appointment location, provider cancellation date, cancellation time, cancellation code, and the operator who entered the cancellation.

Notes:

• This report is a separate report for the Missed Appointments List.

• For more information about running reports, see Print View.

Directions:

• To see directions for opening the Cancelled Appointments Report, click More.

   

  • Click Reports from the Menu Bar, and next click Scheduling Reports; then click Cancelled Appointments Report.

  • Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [r] [c] [c].

   

• At the prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the report prompt options, click More.

  At the Report Writer window, you can change the selection and sort options for the Daily Appointment Report.  For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.

  Cancelled Appointments Report Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Number of blank lines between appointments	To select the number of blank lines to print between appointments, click a choice in the drop-down list.
  Show Appointment Notes	To print the appointment notes with each appointment, click the check box.
  Show Age & Sex	To include the patient's age and sex on the Daily Appointment Report, click the check box.
  	To print to the Print View screen, click Proceed. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the print routine without printing, click . Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
