Daily Schedule Report Instructions

Use the Daily Schedule Report to print a list of the scheduled Time Slots that have been set up for a certain day or group of days.  A provider might use this list to view his schedule for the day or the week.  The report prints the location, start time of the appointment, procedure to be performed, duration scheduled for the appointment, and patient information including their account number, age and sex.

Directions:

• To see directions for opening the Daily Schedule Report, click More.

   

  • Click Reports from the Menu Bar, and next click Scheduling Reports; then click Daily Schedule Report.

  • Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [r] [c] [s].

   

• At the prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the report prompt options, click More.

  At the Report Writer window, you can change the selection and sort options for the Daily Appointment Report.  For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.

  Daily Schedule Report Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Print Age/Sex on Report	To include the patient's age and sex on the Daily Schedule Report, click the check box.
  Print Additional Data Comment Fields	Please leave blank.  This field is reserved for future use.
  Print Patient Entry Remarks on Report	To print on the report the patient remarks maintained during Patient Entry, click the check box.
  Show Appointment Notes on Report	To print the appointment notes with each appointment, click the check box.
  Print Insurance on Report	To print the patient's insurance information on the report, click the check box.
  Number of blank lines between appointments	To select the number of blank lines to print between appointments, click a choice in the drop-down list.
  	To print to the Print View screen, click Proceed. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the report routine without printing, click . Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
