Weekly Labor Detail Report Instructions

Use the Weekly Labor Detail Report to review the labor distribution for the printed payroll checks.

Notes:

• This report is applicable only if you use the Labor Distribution feature.

• This report is also known as the Labor Detail Report.

• For more information about running reports, see Print View.

Directions:

• To see directions for opening the Weekly Labor Detail Report, click More.

   

  To open the program, choose one of the methods below:

  • Click Payroll from the Menu Bar, and next click Daily Work; then click Weekly Labor Detail Report.

  • Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [p] [d] [w].

   

• At the prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the report prompt options, click More.

   

  

  Weekly Labor Detail Report Prompt Options Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Period End Date	Enter the Period End Date.  (MM/DD/CCYY - Slashes are not required.)
  	To generate the report, click Continue, or press [ENTER] if the button is in focus.  You will next see the Report Writer window. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + o]
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]

• To see the report sample, click More.
