Employee YTD Earnings Report Instructions

Use the Employee YTD Earnings Report to list year-to-date earnings and hours for regular pay, overtime, and other pay.  The report includes totals by department and grand totals.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Employee YTD Earnings Report, click More.

   

  1. Click Reporting from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Earnings Reports.

  3. Click Employee Earnings YTD.
     
     Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [e] [e].

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Procedure:

  1. Fill in the Employee YTD Earnings Report prompts described below.

  2. Click Continue to display the Report Writer.

  3. Review the Report Writer prompts and make changes, if applicable.
     Tips:

  4. To send the report to the Print View window, enter the appropriate Printer Number (usually 5).

  5. For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.

  4. Click OK to run the report.

   

  Employee YTD Earnings Report Prompt Options Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Include employees with zero calendar earnings	Specify if you want to print employees with no year-to-date wages: To include employees with no wages, select the box. To exclude employees with no wages, de-select the box.
  	After entering the report prompts, click Continue to display the Report Writer prompts. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + o]
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
