Field Description - Direct Deposit Export File Name

The Direct Deposit Export File Name contains the path and export file name for the direct deposit file.

Example:  c:\payrollexport\prdirdep.txt

Tips:

• You can store the export file on your local drive (c:\) or on a server.
  Tip:  Click Browse to search for the correct location.

• All folders specified in the path (payrollexport in the example) must exist at the time you run the Export Direct Deposit File process.  However, the system will create the export file (prdirdep.txt in the example) if it does not already exist.
