The Employer Zip Code is the postal code for your company or facility.

Tip:  If you don't know the Zip Code, you can look it up on the Internet.  Refer to the United States Postal Service website, http://www.usps.com/zip4/.

Where-Maintained:  Company Control Options, W2 Employer Master Maintenance, W2 Master Maintenance

Format:  up to 10 characters.  Recommendations:

• United States:

• Enter the five-digit Zip Code.

• Or, enter the nine-digit Zip+4 Code with the dash (—).
  Example:  04105—1308

• Other Countries:

• Enter the postal code in the appropriate format for the country.
  Example:  Canada - 902-940A
