Field Description - W2 Box Table Description

The W2 Box Table Description is a user-defined description for the W2 Box Table.  The Description is informational only and can be used for reporting purposes.

Notes:

• The Description does not print on the W-2 forms.

• For boxes 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d, entries in the Box 12 Type print for the Type in boxes 12 in the W-2 form.

• For boxes 14-1, 14-2, and 14-3, entries in the Title print for the description in boxes 14 on the W-2 form.
