The Federal Tax summary Report reports the quarterly earnings and FICA amounts for the employees.  The Federal Tax Summary report is similar to the Federal Tax report but includes a summary page as seen below.

  Federal Tax Summary Report (941) Fields
  Emp #	Employee Number.
  Name	Employee First Name and MI, Employee Last Name.
  Social Sec #	Employee Social Security Number.
  Federal QTD Earn	Federally Taxable Earnings.
  Federal QTD W/H	Federal Tax Withholding Amount.
  FICA Reg Earn	FICA Earnings - Regular.
  FICA Reg W/H	FICA Withholding Amount - Regular.
  FICA Med Earn	FICA Earnings - Medicare.
  FICA Med W/H	FICA Withholding Amount - Medicare.
  FICA Total W/H	Regular + Medicare FICA Withholding Amount.
  Grand Totals	Totals each column (Federal Taxable Earnings through FICA Total W/H).
