Recall Letters Create Workfile

Use the Recall Letters Create Workfile routine to generate a workfile of patient accounts that qualify to receive a patient recall letter.  This pertains to patients who need an appointment for sometime in the future and you have maintained their recall dates during Patient Entry - Recall Logging Window.  You can build the workfile for a range of recall dates, range of recall types and select the providers to generate patient recalls for.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Recall Letters Create Workfile Routine, click More.

   

  1.  Click Reports from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Patient Letters.

  3.  Click Recall Letters.

  4.  Click Create Workfile.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Recall Letters Create Workfile Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Providers	To select the Providers to print, click to check the appropriate Provider Names listed. Tip: To quickly select or de-select all Providers listed, click the Check All icon .
  Recall Dates
  From	To limit the patient accounts to a range of patient recall dates, enter the beginning recall date. Tip:  To include all recall dates, please leave blank.
  Through	To limit the patient accounts to a range of patient recall dates, enter the ending recall date. Tip:  To include all recall dates, please leave blank.
  Recall Types
  From	To limit the patient accounts to a range of patient recall types, enter the beginning recall type. Tip:  To include all recall types, please leave blank.
  Through	To limit the patient accounts to a range of patient recall types, enter the ending recall type. Tip:  To include all recall types, please leave blank.
  	To run the routine, click Proceed or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine: Click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c] Or, click Close .
  Processing Status	Displays information pertaining to the various phases of the Create Workfile process to guide you.  See below for an example.
  	To close the Processing window when the process is complete, click Done or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + d] Note: The Status displays ** DONE **when the process is ended.
