The Fixed Assets menu contains commands used to maintain information about the assets that your organization owns and to automatically depreciate those assets as the assets depreciate in value with the passage of time. The Fixed Assets module is flexible and can include any assets and property such as real estate, buildings, furniture, technology infrastructure, equipment, and computer software. Using this module offers a convenient way for organizations to depreciate long-term assets for tax, accounting, budgeting and maintenance purposes.
