The INVISION General Ledger database is described with tables that contain the data definitions for information within the General Ledger database. You use the tables information (previously referred to as Record Tables), to create reports, queries or other projects using iKnowSys or third-party reporting tools. When building the reports you will need to know the name of the Table that contains the information you want. While you may be used to thinking in terms of file names, now a file is referred to as a table. See the list below to find the General Ledger table name that contains the information you are looking for.

The first column contains the General Ledger table names.
The second column lists the data that is contained within the table.
The third column lists where within the module you can view the data.
