Field Description - Customer Middle Initial

The Customer Middle Initial is the first letter of the customer's middle name.  The Customer Middle Initial combined with the Customer First Name and the Customer Last Name makes up the customer's full name.

Note:  The customer's full name may be used for billing purposes.

Format:  2 characters
