Payment Receipt Table Maintenance

Use Payment Receipt Table Maintenance to activate receipt printing during Cash Receipt Entry.  The Payment Receipt Print a Receipt? setting works with the Payment Clerk Receipt Type setting to control receipt printing for a specific clerk.

Tips:  

• This table is sometimes called the UBRCTPRT table.

• Opening Payment Receipt Table Maintenance, click More.

  1.  Click Daily Work from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click File Maintenance.

  3.  Click Table Maintenance.

  4.  Click Payment Tables.

  5.  Click Payment Receipt Table.
  
  Tip:  Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [y] [m] [t] [p] [e].

• Creating a Payment Receipt Table, click More.

  Tip:  To indicate that you are building the new Payment Receipt Table, New  displays near the UBRCTPRT name.  Default entries display and the first field is highlighted to let you know you can begin entering information.

  Payment Receipt Table Maintenance Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To update the new or changed information, click Save or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s]
  	CAUTION To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records.
  	Note:  The Search function is not available during Payment Receipt Table Maintenance.
  	To display the existing Payment Receipt Table, press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + t]
  Title	Enter PRT CASH RCPT for the title of this table.
  Description	Enter the description of Printing A Receipt.
  Print a Cash Receipt?	To allow receipt printing and to activate the Receipt Printing Window of Cash Receipts Entry, click Yes. To omit receipt printing by preventing the Receipt Printing Window of Cash Receipts Entry from displaying, click No.

   

• Editing an existing Payment Receipt Table, click More.

  CAUTION:  To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records.

  1.  To position the pointer to the information that you want to change, press [TAB] or click the field using the mouse.

  2.  Enter the data changes.

  3.  To complete the edit process, click Save , or press [ENTER].

• Deleting an existing Payment Receipt Table, click More.

   

  Note:  To maintain data integrity, the Delete Command is not available for Payment Receipt Table Maintenance.
