Additional Options Directions

Cover Page

Specify if you want to print a cover page that lists the range options and sort options.

• To include the cover page:  At the Options menu, click Cover Page so the check mark appears.

• To omit the cover page:  Click Cover Page so the check mark does not appear.

Tips:

• This option is not included when you save the settings for a report.

• When you change the Cover Page option, the new setting becomes the default for the next report.

Detail Separator

Specify if you want to print separator lines between each line of detail on the report.

• To include the separator lines:  At the Options menu, click Detail Separator so the check mark appears.

• To omit the separator lines:  Click Detail Separator so the check mark does not appear.

Tips:

• When you change the Detail Separator option, the new setting becomes the default for the next report.

Cue Cards

Specify if you want to display Cue Cards, which provide tips for using the Report Writer.

• To display the Cue Cards:  At the Options menu, click Cue Cards so the check mark appears.

• To omit the Cue Cards:  Click Cue Cards so the check mark does not appear.

Tip:  When you change the Cue Cards option, the new setting becomes the default for the next report.

Font Size

To specify the font size displayed in the Report Writer prompt.

• Click Font in the Range Fields panel repeatedly until the preferred font size displays.

• Or click Expand at the Options Menu repeatedly until the font size you want displays.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [o] [e]

Print View

To display the report in the Print View window:

• Click Print View on the Toolbar.

• Or, click Print View at the File Menu.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [f] [v]

Tip:  After you click Print View, you may see a prompt for additional report options.  For more information, refer to the instructions topic for the specific report.

Print Report

To send the report to the default Windows® printer:

• Click Print Report on the Toolbar.

• Or, click Print at the File Menu.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [f] [p]
