ACH Receipts Options Maintenance

Use ACH Receipts Options Maintenance to maintain certain options for ACH receipts processing routines.  The ACH Receipts option may or may not be required by the bank.

To see directions for...

• Opening ACH Receipts Options Maintenance, click More.

  1.  Click Processes from the Menu.

  2.  Click ACH Receipts.

  3.  Click Options.

• Creating a New ACH Receipts Options record, click More.

   

  Tip:  To indicate that you are building a new ACH Receipts Option record, New  displays.  Default entries display and the first field is highlighted to let you know you can begin entering information.

   

  ACH Receipts Options Maintenance Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Export Full Blocks	To export full blocks, select this box. To omit exporting full blocks, de-select this box. Note:  Your bank or financial institution will direct you on how to set this option.
  	To update the new or changed information, click Save or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s]
  	CAUTION To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records.
  	Note:  The Search command is not available during this maintenance.
  	To display the existing Options record, click Retrieve, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + t]

   

• Editing an ACH Receipts Options record, click More.

   

  CAUTION:  To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records.

  1.  To position the pointer to the information that you want to change, press [TAB] or click the field using the mouse.

  2.  Enter the data changes.

  3.  To complete the edit process, click Save , or press [ENTER].
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s]

   

• Deleting an ACH Receipts Options record, click More.

   

  Note:  The Delete command is not available for ACH Receipts Options Maintenance.
