Collection Print Journal Instructions

Use the Collection Print Journal to list the customers in the collection workfile and their arrears amounts.  Use this journal to review and approve the customers who are due to receive collection notices.

• Opening the Collection Print Journal, click More.

   

  1.  Click Processes from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Collection.

  3.  Click Print Journal.
  
  Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [p] [c] [P].

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Collection Print Journal Prompt Options Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Services	To select the services to print, click to check the appropriate services listed. Tip:  To quickly select or de-select all services listed, click Check All .
  Sort	To choose a sort option, click to select the appropriate button. Sort Options: Services - Sorts and prints customer collection transactions in Service Code order. Last Name - Sorts and prints customer collection transactions in Customer Last Name order. Account - Sorts and prints customer collection transactions in Customer ID order.
  	To begin printing to the Windows™ default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To print to the Print View screen, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
