Service Credit Rating Criteria Maintenance
Use Service Credit Rating Criteria Maintenance to maintain credit rating criteria for your facility. Use this maintenance to customize the credit rating calculations to suit your purposes. You can specify the different categories of customer information to include in the customer credit rating calculations and give them a weighted percentage of the customer's overall credit score.
You must maintain the credit rating criteria in order to calculate customer credit scores.
Generally, once the Service Credit Rating Criteria is set you do not have to maintain it again unless you change the criteria for calculating the credit scores for your facility.
For more information, see Customer Credit Rating Procedure.
For more information about working with data in fields, see the Data Entry Guidelines.
