Transaction Code Report

Use the Transaction Code Report to list all Transaction Codes with a summary of their YTD Usage, YTD Dollar amount, Last Year Usage, Last Year Dollar amount, as well as, the current Minimum Charge and Minimum Usage values.  This information can also be viewed during Transaction Code Maintenance.  The report prints in Transaction Code ID order.

Tips:

• This report is also known as the Transaction Summary Report.

• Do not confuse the Transaction Code Report with the Transaction Code List or the Transaction Detail Report.  Each is a separate report providing different information.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Transaction Code Report, click More.

   

  • Click the following sequence:
    Reports from the Menu Bar; Transaction and Transaction Code Report.

  • Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [t] [n].

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Transaction Code Report Prompt Options Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To begin printing to the Windows® default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To print to the Print View window, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
  Server Process Status
  Status	Displays information pertaining to the various phases of the reporting process to guide you. Note:  The status displays Complete when the process is ended.  In addition, the Message window displays Time Started and Time Ended to alert you when the routine is complete.
  	To close the window when the report is complete, click Close .
