Service History Purge
Use the Service History Purge routine to delete service call history records for calls that were completed on or before a specified date. You can specify if you want to purge service call history records for all or a group of customers or locations. Or, you can choose to purge by Result Code if desired.
Notes:
Before beginning this routine, make sure you have a hard copy of the service call history to be deleted and make sure you have a complete backup.
You must exit out of Service Call Entry and all service management routines before running this routine.
