Build All Cross References

Use the Build All Cross References routine to delete all existing cross-references and build them anew.  A cross-reference in Edifice is a table used for more performant searching and retrieval of information.  The Cross References are maintained by the software.

Note:  In general, you do not need to run Build All Cross References unless directed to do so by NDS.

• Opening the Build All Cross References Routine, click More.

  1.  Click Utilities Menu from the Menu.

  2.  Click Build All Cross References.
  
  Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [u] [b].

• Choosing the Selections, click More.

   

  Build All Cross References Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To run the routine, click Proceed, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine without running the rebuild: Click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c] Or, click Close .
