Tax/Real Estate Link Rebuild

Use the Tax/Real Estate Link Rebuild routine after creating new Tax Accounts to build a search file with all records that have Property IDs from the Tax Billing Tax Master File.  The file is used to search for unpaid taxes on properties.

Notes:

• NDS Technical Support may direct you to run this routine under special circumstances.

• For more information about running reports, see Print View.

Directions:

• To see directions for opening the Tax/Real Estate Link Rebuild program, click More.

   

  1. Click Other Work from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Tax/Real Estate Link Rebuild.
     Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [o] [t]

   

• At the prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the prompt options, click More.

  Printer	Displays the default printer number.  For more information, see Printing Options.
  	To run the routine and generate the report, click Process or press [ENTER] if the button is in focus. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + c]

• To see the report sample, click More.
