Report Writer - Range Options
This topic describes how you can limit the records printed on a report by specifying whether to include or exclude a range of values or a list of values for any of the eligible fields displayed in the Range Fields panel.
Tips:
For general information about using the Report Writer, see the Report Writer - Overview.
You can set the range options for any of the fields displayed, but you cannot add fields to the list.

To select all values for a field:
Click
All at the Report
Writer prompt.
Tip: Or,
click Range All from the View
Menu.
Keyboard shortcut: [ALT]

In
the drop-down list, click the field you want to set the range for.
Tip: You
can optionally click the field in the Range Fields panel before
clicking All.
At the Range Option - ALL window, click OK .

To save the changed range for the field click OK, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + o] | |

Enter the primary range of values.
If applicable, enter the secondary range of values.
Click OK .
