Export Floating Menu

The Export Floating Menu is a small floating window containing menu selections similar to the Menu Bar, which you can use to run export programs such as, the electronic registration export routines. The Floating Menu allows you to quickly move between frequently used routines without having to enter repetitive key strokes to get there. In addition, with the Floating Menu you can easily keep track of the step you last selected.

Notes:

You can drag the Floating Menu Panel to any location within Motor Vehicle Registration window.
Once you open the Export Floating Menu it remains open until you close it.
Tip: To close the Export Floating Menu, click Close .

To open the Export Floating menu, click the following sequence:
Tools from the Menu Bar; Export and Export Floating Menu.

Export Floating Menu Bar Items Note: To quickly start a task when the Export Floating Menu is open, simply click the appropriate menu selection.
File	Opens a menu of File routines. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [f]
File Maintenance	Opens a menu of file maintenance routines for maintaining electronic registration export information. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [m]
Export Floating Menu Bar Items Tips: To expand a level, which reveals the options within that level, click Plus . Example: To open the Electronic Registration level, click Plus next to Electronic Registration. To collapse a level, which hides the options within that level, click Minus . Example: To close the Electronic Registration level, click Minus next to Electronic Registration.
Create Work File	Creates the electronic registration export work file containing the vehicle registration information to send to the state.
Reports	Lists the vehicle registration transactions in the export work file and compares them to the Town Detail Report to ensure that all information is correct.
Export Data	Uploads the information in the electronic registration export work file to the specified area on a PC.
