Electronic Registration Import Journal Instructions

Use the Electronic Registration Import Journal Instructions to list all of the electronic registration transactions that have been imported to the import work file.  This includes all the transactions that were imported during the Electronic Registration Import routine.  You should print the journal after the import is complete.  Use this journal to proof the registration transactions that are in the work file.

• Opening the Electronic Registration Import Journal Instructions, click More.

   

  1.  Click Tools from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Import.

  3.  Click Electronic Registration.

  4.  Click Journal.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Electronic Registration Journal Instructions Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To begin generating the journal, click View.
  	To begin printing to the Windows® default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To run the routine and print to the Print View window, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Close.

   

• Report Sample(s), click More.
