Employee Weekly Totals Maintenance - Overview

Use Employee Weekly Totals Maintenance to view total earnings and withholding amounts for all of the five pay periods within the current month.  The fields are updated by the system, so you normally do not need to edit them.

Menu Tree

Open Employee File Maintenance programs.

Tip:  You can see the following areas in the main Employee Weekly Totals Maintenance window.

Employee Number Area

Enter the Employee Number to retrieve the totals information.

Weekly Totals Area

Displays the totals for various earnings and withholding fields for all of the five pay periods within the current month.

Tip:  To display the following areas in Employee Weekly Totals Maintenance, you must click the appropriate option in the Menu Tree.

Employee Scheduled Deductions Totals Area

Displays the totals for scheduled deductions.

Employee Other Pay Totals Area

Displays the totals for other pay.
