Tax Master Maintenance - Current Owner Tab

The table below describes the fields in the Current Owner Tab for Tax Master Maintenance.

Notes:

The Current Owner Tab displays the ownership information directly from the Assessing module. If the ownership fields are changed for a property in the Assessing module, the new information is immediately visible in the Current Owner Tab. Refer to the Assessed Owner Tab for more information about ownership.
Current ownership data can not be changed using Tax Master Maintenance.

Current Owner Tab Tip: To see even more information about a particular field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
Name 1	Displays the Current Owner Name.
Name 2	Displays the Current Owner Name 2 for the co-owner.
Address 1	Displays the first line of the mailing address.
Address 2	Displays the second line of the mailing address.
City	Displays the mailing address city.
State	Displays the mailing address state abbreviation.
Zip	Displays the mailing address Zip Code.
