WebHelp - Navigating Online Help

Web Help is written in Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), the language of the World Wide Web, also called the Internet. Moving around within Web Help is identical to moving around the Internet.

Tip: Use the scroll bar on the right side of this window to move up and down the current page.

Note: WebHelp runs within an Internet browser, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer. If you are familiar with browsing the Internet, you will recognize the tool bars at the top of the window. Your local browser settings can affect the appearance and active features of the Toolbar.

Use the following navigation tools to help you locate the information you need:

Navigation Tools
Starting WebHelp	You can start Web Help several ways... Click Help on the application INSight Toolbar. Or, press [F1], the recommended Programmable Function Key for Web Help. Or, point to the INSight Toolbar, right-click, and then click Help in the Shortcut menu. Or, click Help from the Menu Bar, and then click Web Manual. Or, press [ALT] [h] [m], a keyboard shortcut.
Starting Field-Level Help	To quickly display the WebHelp topic for a specific field: Click in the field you want help with. Right-click to see the Field-Level Shortcut Menu. Click Help.
Starting Form-Level Help	To quickly display the WebHelp topic for a specific form (or window): Click in an empty space within the form. Right-click to see the Window-Level Shortcut Menu. Click Help.
Hyperlinks	Hyperlinks are specially activated pictures or text that you can click to instantly display the information you need. Click here for information about using different types of hyperlinks. Tips: When the mouse pointer passes over a hyperlink, it changes to a hand shape . Text with a hyperlink is usually underlined and blue. Click here for an example. After you have visited a page for a specific hyperlink, the text usually turns purple.
Navigation Pane	The Navigation Pane is the left side of the Web Help window and contains tabs for the Table of Contents, Index and Search. Tip: To show and hide the Navigation Pane, click Show Table of Contents or Hide Table of Contents
Viewing Pane	The Viewing Pane is the right side of the Web Help window containing the topic of information.
Navigation Topics	A list of navigation topics pops up when you click a Related Topics button at the bottom of a topic. The list of help topics is related to the topic currently displayed. To see the content of a topic, just click it in the list. Example Button:
Manipulating Windows	Learn how to minimize, maximize, and close the Help windows.
Printing Help Topics	To print the topic currently in the Viewing Pane: Left-click inside the topic to select it for printing. To displays the shortcut menu, right-click. Click Print. If prompted, confirm the printer options, and then click the Print button.
