INSight Toolbar Shortcut Menu Options
Tip of the Day	Displays the Tip of the Day. Tip: This command reinstates the Tip of the Day if you previously deactivated it during module startup.
Help	Displays the online Web Help manual.
Properties	Displays the form properties. Note: This option is for use by NDS Technical Support personnel.

Field Level Shortcut Menu Options
Undo	Reverses the last command.
Cut	Moves text from one field to another (or from one location within a field to another) in partnership with the Paste command. To move text: Highlight the text you want to move and click Cut. Tip: You can highlight partial text within a field. Position the cursor to the target location, right-click, and then click Paste. Note: Cut differs from Copy in that Cut removes the text from the original location (when you click Paste).
Copy	Copies text from one field to another (or from one location within a field to another) in partnership with the Paste command. To copy text: Highlight the text you want to copy and click Copy. Tip: You can highlight partial text within a field. Position the cursor to the target location, right-click, and then click Paste. Note: Copy differs from Cut in that Copy leaves the original text intact.
Paste	Inserts text that was previously cut or copied. To paste text, position the cursor to the target location, right-click, and then click Paste. Note: Clicking Paste after clicking Cut deletes the original highlighted text.
Delete	Erases highlighted text. To delete text: Highlight the text, right-click, and then click Delete. Or, highlight the text and press [DEL]. Note: Delete differs from Cut in that Delete does not move the text to another location.
Select All	Highlights the entire contents of the field.
Properties	Displays field properties. This is handy to see formatting rules for a field. Note: For more information about formatting fields, refer to the Data Validation section in Data Entry Guidelines.
Help	Launches Field-Level Help.

Images Shortcut Menu Options

Options

Displays the Image Options Window containing the Renewal Period and the Image Description.

Note: For Options to be active in the Images Shortcut Menu, Allow Image Settings must be set to (Y)es in System Parameters at the User tab.

Enhance

Displays an enlarged view of the image in the Image Enhancement Window.

Patient Shortcut Menu Options
Accounts	Lists the last ten Patient Account Numbers used. To switch accounts, click one of the accounts in the list.
View Record Values	Helps to identify fields containing invalid data.
Properties	Displays the form properties. Note: This option is for use by NDS Technical Support personnel.
Help	Launches Form-Level Help.

Scheduling Shortcut Menu Options
Check-In	Opens the Check-In Patient Wizard. Tip: Use this option when you want to change the Patient's Appointment Status to Check In. You can also make changes to the patient's data including demographics and insurance information.
Register	Opens the Register Patient Wizard - Overview. Tip: Use this option when you want to change the patient's data, such as demographics, but you do not want to check in the patient.
Properties	Displays field properties. This is handy to see formatting rules for a field, if active. Note: For more information about formatting fields, refer to the Data Validation section in Data Entry Guidelines.
Help	Launches Field-Level Help, if active.

Scheduling Shortcut Menu Options
Schedule New	Opens the Scheduling - Appointment Scheduler.
Schedule Recurring	Opens the Scheduling - Recurring Appointment Scheduler Window.
Reschedule	Opens the Scheduling - Reschedule Appointment Window.
Cancel Appointment	Opens the Scheduling - Appointment Cancel Window.
Appt Status or Appt Take Back or Appt Check Out	You can use this option to change the status from Check In to Take Back and from Take Back to Check Out. Click to highlight an appointment in the Scheduling Window - Appointment Book Area. Right-click to display the Scheduling Shortcut Menu. If the Appointment Status is currently Check In, you can click Take Back to change the status. Or, if the status is current Take Back, you can click Check Out.
Check-In	Opens the Scheduling - Check In Wizard.
Register	Opens the Check-In Patient Wizard for existing patients. Opens the Register New Patient Wizard for new patients.

Classic Search List Shortcut Menu Options
Set Column Size	Automatically resizes all columns so that the entire heading and field contents are visible (without truncation of any of the values).

Tips:

You will see the standard hyperlink shortcut menu for Windows Explorer™.
The command you will probably find most useful is Add to Favorites.

Example: To add the Glossary of Terms to your favorites list:

Locate the topic for the Glossary of Terms in the Navigation Pane.
To display the shortcut menu, right-click on the topic name.
To add the topic to your Windows favorites list, click Add to Favorites.
Tip: When you display the topic from your Favorites menu, click Show Table of Contents to see the WebHelp menu on the left.
