Quick Bar

The Quick Bar is a navigational aid that appears at the top of some WebHelp topics to help you understand the organization of complex programs, such as Patient Entry.  You can quickly jump to related topics by clicking the appropriate hyperlink in the Quick Bar.

Example:

In the example of the Patient Entry - Insurance Window topic, you can see hyperlinks to other patient entry areas of information including Demographics, Insurance, and Credit Messages, etc.  These links are similar to the Menu Tree in the INSight software.

Quick Bar Features:

• You can click the hyperlink in the Quick Bar to jump to the main WebHelp topic for that area.  For example, if you click Demographics, you will see the Patient Entry - Demographics Window topic.

• The area of information associated with the open WebHelp topic is highlighted in red.  In the example above, you can see that the open topic, Patient Entry - Insurance Policy Holder Area, is related to Insurance.

• If an area of information in the Quick Bar covers multiple topics, (More) appears next to the area name.  You can click More to see a list of the related topics.  You can click any of those additional hyperlinks to jump directly to the chosen topic.

  In the following example, clicking More reveals four additional topics associated with the Insurance Window.  You can jump directly to any of those topics simply by clicking the hyperlink.
