Build Overhead Work File Instructions

Use the Build Overhead Work File routine during the Payroll Run to calculate and update the overhead amounts for the Labor Distribution reports.

• Opening the Build Overhead Work File routine, click More.

   

  1. Click Payroll from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Daily Work.

  3. Click Build Overhead Work File.
     
     Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [p] [d] [b].

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Build Overhead Work File Prompt Options
  Printer	Displays the default printer number.  For more information, see Printing Options.
  	To start the process, click Proceed, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]

   

• Report Sample(s), click More.
