Field Description - Ret-ME MSR Expected Hours or Days per Pay Pd

The Ret-ME MSR Expected Hours or Days per Pay Pd are the number of full-time hours or days per pay period expected for the job position.

Tips:

• If the employee's scheduled workweek is 40 hours, then the time worked is reported in hours, whether the employee is hourly or salaried.  If the employee's scheduled workweek is more or less than 40 hours, then the time worked is reported in days.

• The MSR Pay Rate Code determines whether this value contains hours or days.
