Employee Retirement Edit List Instructions

Use the Employee Retirement Edit List to print the employee master fields associated with the Maine State Retirement System (MSR).  This data affects the MSR amounts and insurance amounts calculated during Check Entry and printed on the retirement reports.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Employee Retirement Edit List, click More.

   

  1. Click Reporting from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Other Reports.

  3. Click Employee Retirement Edit List.
     
     Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [o] [e].

   

  Report Writer Window Example:

  

   

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Tip:  Other than the Report Writer, there are no specific prompts for the Employee Retirement Edit List.

   

  Procedure:

  1. Review the Report Writer prompts and make changes, if applicable.
     Tips:

  2. To send the report to the Print View window, enter the appropriate Printer Number (usually 5).

  3. For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.

  2. Click OK to run the report.
