Analysis Reports Menu

The Analysis Reports menu contains commands used to print a variety of analysis reports for your practice.

Directions:

To open the Analysis Reports Menu, click the following sequence:
Reports from the Menu Bar and Analysis Reports.
The table below describes the available options.

Analysis Reports Menu Items
ATB Category Analysis	Reports the dollar amount the providers are earning, writing off and not collecting from patients by financial class.
Department Analysis	Reports the profitability of each department in your practice.
Diagnosis Analysis	Reports the number of cases associated with each diagnosis made for the current month and so far this year.
Group Analysis	Reports summary bottom-line figures for each financially separate division within your practice and a total that captures all activity that has transpired.
Location Analysis	Reports the profitability of each location on a monthly or yearly basis and compares the profitability of the various locations where your providers see patients.
Procedure Analysis	Reports the number of times and the dollar amount of charges generated by each procedure this month and in comparison to this year so that you can easily see the procedures that are more profitable and the procedures that are performed most often.
Provider Analysis	Reports provider productivity and the corresponding payments for each provider in your practice allowing you to monitor the providers contributions by checking the services, payments and adjustments posted to each provider's account.
Transaction Analysis	Reports the breakdown of all payments and reimbursement information.
