Patient Letters Menu

The Patient Letters menu contains commands used to print a variety of patient letters including scheduled appointment letters, patient recall reminders, past due letters for patients who have not paid their bills, and collection letters for patients who have seriously delinquent account balances.

Directions:

To open the Patient Letters menu, click the following sequence:
Reports from the Menu Bar; and Patient Letters.
The table below describes the available options.

Patient Letters Menu Items
Account Balance Letters	Opens a menu of programs for printing past due and collection letters.
Scheduled Appointments Letters	Opens a menu of programs for printing patient scheduled appointment letters.
Patient Letters	Prints various patient letters.
Recall Letters	Opens a menu of programs for printing patient recall letters and reminders.
